Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TripMeter mobile applications and this website (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Infomania (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using TripMeter, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
The Service
TripMeter is a road-trip and vehicle journal for iOS and Android. Features may differ slightly between platforms and versions. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Subscriptions & purchases
Some features may be offered as paid subscriptions or one-time purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store provider under its terms. Subscription status may be validated through RevenueCat and Firebase infrastructure as described in our Privacy Policy — not for advertising or behavioural analytics.
Your data & responsibilities
TripMeter stores most data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups you choose to export and for the accuracy of information you enter (odometer readings, expenses, dates, and reminders). TripMeter is an organisational tool — not financial, tax, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload our systems, or use TripMeter in violation of applicable law.
Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example app stores, RevenueCat, Firebase for subscription infrastructure, or our feedback board). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, or compatibility with every device or OS version.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infomania and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of TripMeter. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using TripMeter at any time by uninstalling the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
